Props

Passed to the partial alongside name (a key of app/sculptures.php). With mini, the ones marked “not mini” switch off.

mini boolean · false

Menu-size icon: fewer layers, and the quiet defaults below (no notes, entrance, float, lean or light).

plinth boolean · true

The ring the object stands on (with its turning ticks when not mini).

shadow boolean · true

The soft floor shadow, pushed away from the light.

notes boolean · not mini

Spec-sheet labels on hairlines. Hidden under 900px wide, and when following the pointer.

entrance boolean · not mini

Pieces fit together, one after another, when the object first comes into view.

float boolean · not mini

A slow idle drift and sway.

loop boolean · false

Replays the entrance as a zigzag: apart in reverse order, then together again. Needs the entrance.

How long it stays assembled before the next zigzag.

parallax boolean · not mini

Leans a few degrees towards the pointer.

follow boolean · false

Turns up to 45° either way to follow the pointer across the screen — never far enough to show its back; replaces the lean.

Lit by the site’s light (top left), nudged by the pointer: sheen and shadow follow it.

Suffix for the SVG ids, when the same object appears more than once on a page.
